This is a 2FA QR code generator made in JavaScript that helps you make QR codes from 2FA secrets.

The issuer parameter is not stored on the Yubikey NEO and will not show up in the Yubico Authenticator app. Check this box to automatically copy the issuer text into the label parameter, mimicing the "issuer (label)" format:
